When you purchase a subscription the bouquet changes each month unless you request for your bouquet to remain the same.

We have seven signiture bouquets and 5 interchangable giving you a total of 12 bouquets to choose from.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, cosmetics, or hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product please contact us so we can solve this issue.
Shipping Method: We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked by 1pm for shipping orders placed on Marthas bunch.co.uk. This service guarantees delivery by 1 pm the next working day, unless you state other wise providing customers with peace of mind and assurance regarding their package's arrival. Processing Time: Orders placed before our daily cut-off time, typically around [insert time], will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Your first subscription delivery can be delivered on the Same day if you order before 7 pm. if you request this service upon order otherwise all subscription orders will be delivered next day to the delivery address unless you specify a delivery date.
